Launched May 2020, The Yes is the brainchild of former Stitch Fix COO Julie Bornstein and Google alum Amit Aggarwal. Using algorithms to personalize every shopping preference based on simple yes or no questions, the “yes” items will go straight to users’ personal feed on the app, applied by machine learning.

The “future of online retail”, called by Vogue, has their design creative, interactive and fun. Using image strips and vibrant colors, The Yes app brings an innovative yet adventurous experience to online shoppers. The Yes’ potential has secured them a 40M USD investment in the seeding round and was acquired by Pinterest in 2022
